Lemonade Spritzer

What You'll Need: Lemon & Ginger Juice Concentrate 250ml or as per taste Chilled Soda Water 750 ml Finely Chopped Mint Leaves Thinly Sliced or Quartered Lemon Ice cubes – a handful Salt – a pinch Directions: In a large pitcher combine the Lemon & Ginger Juice Concentrate, chopped mint leaves, sliced lemon & soda. Stir gently until well combined.  Add ice cubes, sit back, relax and sip to savour.  To add some punch: Add a little white wine, gin or vodka to make this mocktail and cocktail.
